Can I chose a day and time for delivery?

Yes, you can select from the dates shown when placing an order online. To order please click here. N.B. We are unable to specify what time of the day the delivery will be made as it is a “Next Day” courier service from the collection day from us and therefore it might be delivered in the evening of the requested delivery date. If you are planning to lay it early in the day, you should therefore select a delivery date for the day before you plan to lay it. (If you require an estimated time of arrival, please request this by replying to your order confirmation email on the morning of the scheduled delivery date.)

How are Emerald Lawns delivered?

By a heavy goods vehicle lorry with tail lift and pallet truck to the closest point to the customer's order shipping address, that the delivery driver deems as suitable, safe and accessible for their heavy goods vehicle to be parked and off-loaded with a tail lift and a manually operated pallet truck which will only operate on smooth (non-gravelled), solid, level surface to offload the pallets onto.
